These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Gozagel's shipping services. By using our platform, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. General Provisions
1.1. These Rules determine the order of provision of the services offered on the website of Rizmore LLC (Gozagel) and payments through it, requirements for the preparation of consignments and ordering of services, cases of liability of the service provider, and limitations of provided services.
1.2. By submitting the Order, the Customer confirms they have familiarized themselves with the present Rules (terms and conditions) and agree with all their provisions unconditionally.
1.3. The Parties agree that relations between Rizmore LLC (otherwise Gozagel) and the Customer that are not discussed in the present Rules are regulated by the legislation of the United States and other legal acts.
2. Services of Gozagel
2.1. Gozagel enables sending consignments with international consignment transportation companies that have cooperation contracts with Gozagel. In the present Rules, the consignment transportation companies and their employees are defined with the term Courier.
2.2. The consignments are transported by the Courier chosen by the Customer, but the Transportation Contract is concluded between the Customer and Gozagel. Gozagel is liable for the transportation of the Customer’s consignment and coordinates the details with the Courier.
2.3. By ordering the consignment transportation service, the Customer may choose any Courier depending on the service, price, or other criteria.
3. Definitions of the Agreement
3.1. Gozagel – Rizmore LLC and its employees/service provider.
3.2. Package – one piece (envelope, box, roll, etc.) of properly packed and marked items.
3.3. Consignment – package that is sent by one Sender to one Receiver and described in one consignment document or a few packages delivered to one address.
3.4. Standard Consignment – package that meets the requirements for the consignment of the service chosen by the Customer.
3.5. Non-standard Consignment – consignment that exceeds the permissible dimensions or weight and may incur surcharges.
4. Placement and Cancellation of the Order
4.1. Gozagel provides services according to the order made by the Customer in accordance with the present Rules. Gozagel reserves the right to refuse, accept, or cancel any order.
4.2. The Customer is entitled to cancel the order before the consignment is picked up by the Courier. After the Courier picks up the consignment, the order is considered executed, and appropriate payment is applied.
5. Insurance of the Consignment
5.1. Gozagel offers standard insurance that provides compensation of up to 100 EUR per consignment in case of loss or damage during transportation. Additional insurance can be purchased at the time of ordering.
5.2. Standard and additional insurance are not valid for prohibited or non-compensable items.
6. Rates and Payment of Services
6.1. The valid service price is indicated on the Gozagel website at the time of order placement. The price is shown in euros (EUR).
6.2. Gozagel reserves the right to change service prices without prior notice. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of order submission.
6.3. Payment for services can be made using the payment methods provided by Gozagel.
7. Prohibited and Non-compensable Items
7.1. Prohibited items cannot be sent using Gozagel's services. The list of prohibited items is available on the website and is regularly updated.
7.2. Non-compensable items are not recommended for shipping. If sent, they are shipped at the Customer's own risk.
8. Liability of Gozagel
8.1. Gozagel is liable only to the Customer for any loss or damage to the consignment, subject to the terms of the chosen insurance.
8.2. Gozagel is not liable for delays, losses, or damage caused by customs procedures, improper packaging, or prohibited items.
9. Final Provisions
9.1. Gozagel reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will be published on the website.
9.2. All disputes are resolved in accordance with the legislation of the United States.
